• In charge of following new employees entrance in the corporate informing them
about values, culture and philosophy. Letting them be aware of processes, procedure and the code of conduct. This activity is done through orientation/induction Programs.
• Provides advice and consultation on departmental policy and procedures to executive team
across the HMC Corporation.
• Leading Data Cleansing project, ERP and Systems Migration support for HR, Finance and SCM functions across corporate.
• Data Quality assessment and Migration strategy.
• Liaise with other departments as required to ensure efficient service delivery.
