• Job Details:Project Controls Manager Key Responsibilities: - Developing, Updating and Maintaining the Consultant master schedule. - Reviewing the contractors Baselines in detail with scope of work and contract, checking implementation of all authorities’ approvals and contractual requirements and giving the consent on the baseline. - Designing and developing reports to meet the business needs. - Collecting and analyzing of data at different stages of the projects in terms of time and cost to ensure that the project goes as planned. - Create and Update Dashboards and different Progress and ad hoc Reports such as (Resource Management and deployment plans, Cash Flow, Invoices, Earned Value, Delay Analysis) for Projects to show the different Project Controls KPIs. - Provide Root Cause Analysis for issues and Trend Analysis for different Project aspects to anticipate and report on any potential risks or opportunities. - Issue Executive Reports and make presentations through visual representations that clearly depict program information and status to Top management. - Developing and recommending Techniques to enhance the reporting process.
