• Job Details: Develop Zone construction plan and managed all construction activities for a Zone of 500 villas within the project constrains, including Earthwork, infrastructure, precast, finishing work.  Plan Procurement and ensure requisitions for all site requirements based upon construction schedule.  Integrate and coordinate all relevant Engineering work against construction activity to meet assigned milestones as planned.  Liaise with project stakeholders and conduct necessary meetings.  Ensure optimum utilization of resources (Manpower, materials and equipment).  Evaluate daily performance, against productivity rates to control time and cost.  Solve site issues and conflicts, adhering with project specs and contractual documents.  Conduct daily and weekly progress meeting with construction team.  Prepare and conduct monthly progress meeting with client and consultant.
