• Job Details:-QHSE Specialist for Kbh Solutions for Facilities Management From: 1/ 2020 to: 11/2021 . wich has projects in corporations including: * petrojet ( Establishing steel buildings in the nitrogen fertilizer factory of the Nasr intermediate fertilizer factory * Procter & Gamble (P&G:Repairing, changing, insulating and painting corrugated sheetsConstruction of a concrete warehouse for hazardous materials-Establishing concrete bases and infrastructure for tanks and insulating floors with epoxy for a new soap production line project-General maintenance work on the equipment of the administration building and the elevator. * ExxonMobil :Renovation of the frontispiece of the administrative building-Replacing parts and pumps in the firefighting water line. * Boysen Egypt : Repairing, changing, insulating and painting corrugated sheets. Main job responsibilities: - Responsible for 3 M and E (Man _ Machines _ Materials) and Environmental. - Maintain adequate information, training and risk analysis systems. - Assist in the development and periodic review of health and safety policy and procedures. - Giving advice to Top management regarding occupational health and safety matters.- Participate in the Procedures and development of risk assessment and safe work systems. - Train the crew to improve their skills. - Inform, instruct, and train employees to carry out the work in safe and environment-friendly mode according to the method of statement. -Intervene when exposed to any unsafe behavior or condition. - Make (daily _ weekly _ monthly ) reports. -Investigate incidents to determine the direct and root causes. - Make (Accident _ Incident _near miss) reports. - Create and maintain accident investigation records, report and analyze them. - Make ( T BT tool box talking _ Induction) . - Make warning letter and violations for main company and subcontractors - Achieve our man-hours spent with zero lost time or accidents. - Responsible for developing and enforcing health and safety policies for the project - Recognition the different kind of hazard of work place and its effect on the worker. - Responsible for daily PTW. -Make the liffting plan to any lifting operation at the site. -Follow up the equipment's operation in site.
