• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Receive pre –launched models & finalize permissions and paper work. • Create & send the initial technical report. • Receive and installing updated software which resolves all the technical issues reported in the initial report. • Retest the device after the software update. • Send final report after resolving all issues. Achievements: • Successfully tested over 30 different devices. • Devices successfully launched in the Egyptian market.
