• Job Details:Leading the application of international food safety standards (HACCP & ISO 22000) across diverse establishments including factories, hotels, and catering kitchens. Conducting field assessments of food facilities, providing qualification guidance, and ensuring readiness for certification and audit. Preparing engineering designs for food facilities based on Codex standards to support optimal food safety environments. Delivering in-depth training for municipal health inspectors both in-class and in-field to improve oversight quality. Monitoring inspection observations, managing complaints via the Balady platform, and reporting to the Ministry of Municipalities.
