• Job Details:• Retain the cancelled contracts by offering modifications or any new product suitable for the client's needs • Conservation officers work to ensure timely completion and resolution of issues. • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. • Processing the cline's request including cancelation, modification, revival and surrender. • Responsible for receiving the client's complaint , determining the cause of the problem , selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
