Maintain the editorial calendar by scheduling due dates and tracking content through the editorial process Create content for all marketing campaigns such as emails, social media messages, blog posts, e-books, white papers, marketing materials, etc. Regularly coordinate with the designer to develop the content and ensure the deadlines are met Work with the marketing team to generate new and innovative ideas Assist with proofreading or editing other content before publishing Track consumer and content analytics and generate reports and presentations. Maintain an appropriate tone in the writing, adhere to the brand and style guidelines

Account ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:The primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. Help customers through email, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships. Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
