• Job Details:LyRise is a Techstars-backed startup connecting companies across the US, Europe and GCC with top-tier, vetted AI, data & software engineers and implementing software and technology projects. ● Discovery calls for SQL generation: Led discovery calls with key stakeholders (CTOs, CEOs, CPOs) to analyze hiring challenges and AI adoption gaps, generating BANT-qualified opportunities (SQLs). ● For project based services (software and technology projects): ○ Technical gap analysis: Driving technical gap analysis sessions with our Technical Lead to set project scope, team structure, timelines, and resource allocation; after which I coordinated with Talent Acquisition to select & onboard the right talents. ○ Project delivery coordination: Facilitated structured client communication through biweekly syncs to share progress updates, gather feedback, and align on next steps, following Lean best practices. Acted as the main liaison between clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment. Conducted regular sprint check-ins and project pipeline reviews to track milestones, resolve blockers, and keep project delivery on course. ○ Client delivery enablement: Maintained structured communication with clients through biweekly syncs. Also managed communications between clients and project teams while conducting regular check-ins with internal teams to ensure and support progress. ○ Stakeholder management: Actively addressing clients' concerns, gathering feedback after project execution through 360-degree surveys, and building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders (multi-threading). ○ Proposal development & deal closure: Created tailored proposals covering scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines; prepared contracts; and led negotiations through to deal finalization. ● For talent based services (sourcing model & managed contractors model): ○ Driving candidate matching process: Aligned with Talent Acquisition to generate candidate batches based on client requirements; ensured a smooth hiring process (e.g. interviews, assessments, offers); managed feedback loops to refine new candidate batches and ensured successful hires. ○ Performance tracking & client retention (managed contractors model): Conducted post-hire check-ins with clients to monitor contractor performance, ensure satisfaction and consistency, and capture upselling & cross-selling opportunities. ○ Negotiation & contracting: Generated and presented pricing packages and handled negotiations for both sourcing and managed services. ● Process optimization & SLA definition: Contributed to defining SLAs and process flows across Sales, Tech and Talent teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and service delivery.
