• Job Details:• Ensure Case Management is implemented in line with Care SOPs • Represent Case management team in the field activities with refugees for more clarification about our service and what is different between GBV and protection. • Contribute to liaison tasks with partners to ensure the provision of safety and services needed for the survivors needs and related action plans for improvement through case conference meeting and other channels. • Respond to Emergency Helpline and Intake • Conduct IRFs and best interest assessment interviews and draft relevant reports to assess the GBV survivor's needs • Provide support, guidance, and counsel to the GBV survivors. • Draft clear assessment reports. • Ensure that the project database and documentation of all beneficiaries is regularly updated. • Ensure case reports and action plans are up to date. • Support the project team in developing the project activities and the monthly plan. • Prepare the settlements and the financial plan for survivors • Make referrals to appropriate service providers and coordinate with partner organizations. • continuous follow up for any changes in case and make the required changes in applications. • Ensure case reports and action plans are up to date
