- Job Details:• Responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. • Evaluate the marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. • Designing the marketing strategy developing and supervising its implementation to serve the existing and new projects. • Manage all the related marketing campaigns, events, digital marketing, and branding. • Managing full marketing team (graphic, digital, content ..etc.) toward achieving the desired results and objectives Managing social media presence by directing different programs to improve the Company's social media reputation. • Developing the brand identity to create a positive image in all communication with customers. • Set and oversee the company’s marketing budget. • Managing the whole process of creation and publication of all marketing material. • Managing the company's advertising including brochures, flyers, print materials, and outdoor advertising, and organizing events & press ads for the group, if needed. • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns. • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the medical market and stay updated with new trends then identify the needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership. • Responsible for developing content across different promotional channels. • Preparing New products campaigns including Branding plans. • Campaign process (new year materials, Ramadan materials, new products) • Creative ideas for continuous update of promotional materials. • Prepare market surveys, customer data base, products profiles. • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, and advertising; maintaining research databases • Products Development • Preparing Competitor Analysis • Conducting Market Surveys. • Prepares sales & marketing reports (i.e. sales, dues, expenses) by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing such data. • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and affiliates companies. • Assist in planning and execution of the company’s marketing Plan. • To collate, update and manage scientific and technical information • Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters. • Writing and proofreading marketing and scientific materials. • Liaising with designers and printers. • Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials. • Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
