- Job Details:•Dealing with Social Insurance Office, also sending, receiving and signing letters that are related to work and preparing Social Insurance forms (1 & 6) and follow up. •Making sure that all the company policies are implemented and effectively utilized with taking the necessary actions in the case of breaching it. •Preparing all reports related to salaries and payroll variables (Taxes, Insurance, Absents, Penalties Overtime, Bonus, Salary Increase, allowances, gift, etc). *Evaluate and analyze existing payroll policies, procedures and business processes; draft, propose and implement changes. •Designing a proper Job Description for every vacancy by collecting data from every Dept. Manager and section head. •Scanning all the applications and resume’s, interviewing applicants, evaluate applicant skill and make recommendations regarding applicants’ qualifications. Discuss the offer letter & Following up the employment process including employment contracts
