• Job Details:- Coordinating with authors, publishers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the planning and organization of literary events, workshops, and seminars, ensuring seamless logistics, timely execution, and successful outcomes that contribute to the agency's reputation and visibility within the literary community. - Developing and maintaining program schedules and timelines, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, while effectively managing resources and addressing any potential issues or challenges to ensure the successful delivery of literary programs and initiatives within Bearsfactor Literary Agency. - Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement comprehensive promotional strategies and communication plans for literary programs and events, leveraging various media channels, including social media, press releases, and newsletters, to maximize event attendance and audience engagement while enhancing the agency's brand awareness and market presence. - Building and nurturing relationships with authors, literary organizations, and industry influencers, fostering collaborative partnerships and alliances that support the agency's program initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of Bearsfactor Literary Agency within the publishing and literary landscape. - Leading and supervising program teams and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence in program management and execution.

• Job Details:-Manages projects from beginning to end, working closely with language specialists, internal business partners and external vendors and other departments. - Managing time, budget, resources and quality control - Provides project specific education and coaching to Localization staff -Creates and controls localization project budgets, ensures timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices and approves work reports Identifies and solves localization issues or disagreements, whether system or product, identifies causes and performs corrective/preventative action.
