• Job Details:• Started working at Otlob/Talabat EG as a back end agent in Feb 2017 I was the link between the customer and the restaurant to modify or cancel any order and also check the status of the restaurant if it was closed, busy or facing any difficulties in receiving orders. • In September 2017, I was promoted to vendor compliance specialist (zen desk agent), and my duties was to follow up on customer complaints through e-mail and to make sure that every problem the customer faced while using the application was found (not knowing how to use the application, a restaurant trying to communicate with us to subscribe to the service or even difficulty accessing customer service). • In February 2018, I was promoted to web chat senior and my task was to receive complaints and inquiries through chat. • Finally, in September 2018, I was promoted to collection specialist, My main task was to communicate with restaurants to review and collect their invoices and solve any problem the restaurant faces that may be an obstacle to paying financial dues such as (operation issues, tablets issue, delivery riders, offers and marketing issues) and that was done  Communicating with other teams. • And in Jan 2020 I get promoted to sr.collectort.
