• Job Details:Strong experience of medical insurance/healthcare billing and collections work in a health system or medical practice. Possess profound knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations affecting medical billing and insurance verification. Considerable number of years working in a supervisory or management position. Thorough knowledge and working experience of CPT and ICD 10 codes, UB04 claim forms, HCFA 1500, HIPAA, medical terminology, appeal processes, billing and insurance regulations, and insurance benefits. Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and business management to be able to effectively give direction to the billing and coding office. Strong negotiation skills to be able to effectively deal with customers and secure payment, as well as to be able to discuss the finances of patients. Strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively relate with the public, patients, organizations, and other employees. Strong skills in carrying out every part of the work process, i.e. development, implementation, and administration.

Assistant Manager Operation

• Job Details:Designated as provider & patient liaison officer. Contact clients for operational workflow and other work related updates/issues. Provider credentialing with federal, non-federal, HMO and PPO insurances. Electronic and paper claim billing and follow-ups with providers, insurances, patients, clearing houses and law offices for account receivable, claim rejections, coverage, benefits, missing/required information, medical records management, invoicing, electronic and manual payment posting and/or denial management. Conducting training for new hired employees. Daily, weekly and monthly reports and data reconciliation. Managing several email accounts on daily basis. Coordination with multiple offices in different states of USA via email, faxes and phone.

Account Manager - Ops

• Job Details:Responsible to look after all the follow up of the practice. Looks after the charging and payments of the practice. Overall responsible for the finances of the clients. Close work coordination with clients. Deep look into the monetary affairs of clients. Works on charging, payments and follow up of the practice. Close working with large insurances to process delayed claims. Making and sending appeals to insurance companies to release payments or process claims which are out of time limit.
