• Job Details:1- Participation in establishing and managing the food safety and quality management system based on a wide range of food safety standards including: a. ISO 22000 b. BRC / IFS c. HACCP d. GLOBALG.A.P e. McDonald's SQMS / MGG GAP f. OHSAS 18001 g. Tesco Nurture h. M&S Field to Fork i. LEAF j. Ethical Trading 2- Auditing Quality and Food Safety Management systems and managing audit teams. 3- Participation in developing HACCP plans and Quality Assurance documents, forms, etc for the application of food safety standards. 4- Preparing audit documentation as I have attended more than 200 different 3rd party audits with different Certification Bodies from different countries. 5- Conduct supplier auditing and evaluation based on specific standards. 6- Provide training for the employees on different food safety related issues such as hygiene, HACCP, GLOBALG.A.P, BRC, McDonald's SQMS etc. 7- Customer complaints investigation, Customer requirements servicing and accompanying customer visits. 8- Developing Crisis management plans.
