Monitor the performance and HSSE compliance of onshore and offshore. Perform regular HSSE audits and inspections in the sites and vessel operations. Act as a challenge to ensure onshore and offshore activities to comply with HSSE related legislative requirements and client's standards, systems and procedures. Conduct onshore and offshore compliance monitoring activities as required by operations. Development, support and delivery of HSSE related goals, initiatives, campaigns, training as required by the HSSE Plan. Participate in drills exercises and crises management and elevating employees’ skills and awareness.

• Job Details:Ensure that HSSE management system conforms to international regulations, standards, company policies, core values and legal, business and client requirements are enforced. Generate annual HSE goals, Initiatives, training plan and HSSE tracking system based on the previous year HSSE performance. Execute gap safety analyses and HSSE assessments for activities at organizational unit level the scope of the assessment covers appraisal of operation and provides sufficient information to assess general standards. Ensure that the knowledge of authorization, regulations, and processes of onshore/offshore sites are updated and disseminated conducting internal and external safety audits.

• Job Details:Significant safety milestone was achieved in the interior of Baker oil tools and subcontractors that resulted in enhancement, creation, change of procedures design and working environment both strategic and operational, encompasses in the development, implementation and monitoring of HSSE policy, site specifics procedures as well as managing compliance of all sites. Introduced, implemented and translated Baker Hughes HSSE Management System in line with the OHSA 18001, ISO 14000 families and the best-known standards of the International Organization for Standardization as well as the creation, instigation and translation of Baker Hughes site specific HSSE procedures.
