• Job Details:HR - Post available vacant positions on groups and the company page to generate job applicants. - Call the applicants and arrange interviews - Send them the location via whats app - Prepare the job offers for the accepted candidates - Setup their emails, shortcuts and send them the company policy Sales Administration - Send the daily report - On closing prepare the TCR for the unit, signed it from the finance - Monthly Send the achievement report updates to the sales team - Updating the Resale inventory - Update the drive with the new projects - Check the new leads and assign them to the sales team daily - Prepare/follow up training and orientations schedule - Follow up appointments and CEO schedule - Assist in the on boarding process for the new hires and update the training schedule - Follow up with Sales Team on the Resale Leads Marketing - Approve the new resale unit and publish them through the marketing channels - Find the featured listing and publish them weekly - Post the featured Listings on Facebook Groups - Extract Leads from the Messages on the face book page and face book account
