• Job Details:-Handling the recruitment process starting from posting ads for vacancies online & offline, to hiring the right candidate. -Giving feedback for accepted and rejected candidates. -Following up with accepted applicants for required documents. -Building a strong foundation for employees through orientation and on boarding phase. -Organizing employees’ files for employment. -Updating job descriptions for various jobs. -Conducting exit interviews for resigning employees. -Handling Form 1, Form 6 and Labor letters procedures internally. -Preparing contracts for newly hired employees. -Handling internal governmental medical insurance process. -Maintaining and updating employees’ data and files and ensuring accuracy. -Responsible for yearly annual leave balance reports. -Assisting in yearly contracts renewal process. -Assisting in processes regarding evaluations for probation period employees, quarterly and yearly evaluation for all factory. -Checking employees’ stamps and preparing daily attendance, absenteeism and overtime reports. -Registering annual, sick & private monthly leaves. -Registering partially paid in advance salaries, deductions and assignments. -Salaries registration & ensuring that all items are correctly registered on the company ERP system and revised. -Being attentively responsive to employees issues and grievances.
