• Job Details:• Provide project and client management for new custom web and mobile applications for clients such as Nissan, Honda, Carquest, JD Power, Toyota, etc. • Manage and coordinate the work for a team of developers. • Manage the implementation of multiple custom web-based application projects simultaneously from initiation (kickoff) till post delivery. • Responsible for creating application proposals, wireframes/prototypes, functional requirements documents, software design documents, and creating and executing test plan/use-case documents for implementation, customization and integration projects. • Manage eLearning software implementation projects for new clients and software upgrade projects for existing clients. • Provide Training, Presentations and product live demos for prospects and existing client. • Daily client contact to ensure client satisfaction and provide support for all technical issues. • Conduct on-site meetings with clients during project kickoff and implementations.
