• Job Details:- Acquire project information, review design requirements, research, record and analyse information. - Complete design management for the projects, analyse fast track tasks and follow up works progress in order to meet the company objectives. - Monitoring work progress in Technical, Operational and Sales aspects - Prepare progress reports and works briefs for Top Management. - Maintain work compatibility between assigned design Time Schedule and project Master Schedule of all stages. - Consider materials, effects and costs and archive references - Prepare design briefs for review by the clients. - Assist in liaison with the design consultants to monitor development and ensure that the design brief is complied with and budgets are managed. - Co-ordinate and prepare as necessary presentation boards & material - Assist in liaison with the Sales and Marketing Department in the preparation of marketing drawings. - Give the technical approvals for all the materials after receiving it. - Provide leadership and motivation to teamwork to achieve the optimum results. - Develop the engineering team work’s performance to achieve the best efficiency for the projects

Architect / Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:- Acquire project information, review design requirements, research, record and analyse information. - Complete design management for the projects, analyze fast track tasks and follow up works progress in order to meet the company objectives. - Monitoring work progress in Technical, Operational and Sales aspects - Follow up Governmental approvals and permits for the projects. - Prepare Consultancy Scope of Work and evaluate Technical proposals and financial claims in relation with requested scope. - Prepare progress reports and works briefs for Top Management. - Maintain work compatibility between assigned design Time Schedule and project Master Schedule of all stages. - Consider materials, effects and costs and archive references - Prepare design briefs for review by the clients. - Assist in liaison with the design consultants to monitor development and ensure that the design brief is complied with and budgets are managed. - Co-ordinate and prepare as necessary presentation boards & material - Assist in liaison with the Sales and Marketing Department in the preparation of marketing drawings. - Review design documentation to ensure that they comply with approved marketing drawings - Site visit to control the design progress & Checking materials - Revise all drawings related to the project ( Electrical , pluming & Hvac ) - Revise the FF&E Booklet & selecting the materials (Local or imported) for the project to have the same design look (Furniture , Fabric , Accessories , floor finish (ceramic , marble ..etc) , wall covering , decorative lighting , sanitary ware , sanitary accessories & electrical equipment - Give the technical approvals for all the materials after receiving it. - Provide leadership and motivation to teamwork to achieve the optimum results. - Develop the engineering team work's performance to achieve the best efficiency for the projects

Senior ArchitectFull Time

• Job Details:- Introduce and seek new work flow process, Design Management, Design review, Design tendering, Construction tendering, Tender review / evaluation. - Tracking the marketing campaign making and assure the advertisement messages is clear. - Coordination between technical office, business development unit and design team to produce best case scenarios for Marketing - Monitoring work progress in Technical, Operational and Marketing aspects - Follow up and coordination between different disciplines - Assisting Team in performing tasks as needed. - making Virtual reality experience in (google cardboard) & (samsung gear) - responsible for the interior design & architectural visualization. - responsible for R&D. - Participate in Landscape Design. - managing projects pipe line - Built 3D Max Models based on information provided by customers and engineers.
