• Job Details:• Operating plant processes through DCS for safe and smooth operation of the plant by operating equipment, monitoring and controlling process parameters and mainly producing good quality product without polluting the environment. • Troubleshooting & coordination with other departments and take care of Safety, quality and maintenance. • Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities. • Instructs the field operators to take corrective action in case of any abnormalities. • Analyzing the log report to pin point any problems and takes immediate actions as delegated to avoid trips / disturbance that could lead into loss of time & revenue. • Following the ongoing technical improvement and optimization for my area and maintains contact to process licencor and/or key equipment vendors. • Providing operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering data and trends.

QHSE EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Worked at the Integrated Management System (IMS) dept. which combines all related components of a business into one system for easier management and operations & captures the requirements of industry best practice, based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. • Prepare policies and procedures for the company’s IMS programme, which must meet quality and certification in ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000. • Participating in selecting the Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) that meet the requirements of Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency. • Participating in preparing the environmental register of the plant through reviewing the manuals, writing summaries describe the different units in the plant (Steam Reformer, CO2 Removal Plant, N.G. Desulphurization Unit, Process Gas Heater & Water Treatment Plant) & analysing parameters of each process. • Identify & implement critical environmental corrective actions & recognise opportunities for improvement. • Following up the project's commissioning activities & the daily production reports. • Responsible for all documentation in relation to IMS and keep all documentation & IMS manuals up to date and distribute appropriately within the organisation.
