• Job Details:Member of IT team in SAP implementation. 1. Working with ABAP for developing SAP applications. 2. Reporting in SAP with Smart forms. 3. Working in data migration form company legacy systems to SAP. Analyzing and developing the following web applications for oil and gas industry: 1. Content Management and Electronic Archive Information System. • Saving all company digital files and scanned documents “i.e. correspondences, reports, drawings … etc.” on a server as well as data about content. • Building company address book. • Collaboration between users using comments and mails. 2. Procurements Management Information System. • Managing materials division activities: proposing, coding, requesting, purchasing, custom declaring, tendering, warehousing and re-ordering. • Managing contracts division activities: requesting, preparing, tendering, awarding, renewing, extending, terminating, pricing and activities & bidders list. 3. Marine Information System. • Managing all marine units operation: condition inspection, bulk inspection, on/off hires, penalties, moves and time distribution. • Control bulk transactions and settlement for marine unit or contract (if many marine units are included in the same contract). • Auto generation of daily report. 4. Vehicles Fleet Operation and Maintenance Information System. • Managing fleet units operation including licensing, custom declaring and renewing, expenses, fuel consumption, and assignment. • Managing Preventive and corrective maintenance. • Generate work orders and mange resources like man power and spare parts. 5. Plant Maintenance Information System. • Managing Preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment’s. • Generate work orders and mange resources like man power and spare parts. • Analyzing maintenance budget consumption and preparation.
