• Job Details: Answer All the Customer Inquiries in Accordance with The Customer service Policy Standards.  Following up on carrier Bookings & Processing all Shipments Documents.  Tracing The Vessel from the date of arrival till the date of departure and performing all the necessary requirements for operation during loading or discharging also performing all the services or owners matter for the vessel.  On Time Feedback and reaction to clients Requests, problems and Needs.3 Boarding and dealing with captains to Finish all shipment and cargo docs.
