  • Job Details:It is a very interesting experience to join a huge multi-vendor integrator like GizaSystems. Specially, for a Data Center Engineer. We cover many sites within Egypt, Gulf & Africa dealing with many products from many vendors. Technical Skills: [Cloud] - Azure configuration and administration - Migrate VMware workloads to Azure VMware Solution using VMware Hybrid Cloud Extension (HCX) [Hardware] - Rack mount Implementation, configuring and supporting Oracle Sparc M series servers, Sunfire Sparc servers, MX7000, HP Proliant Servers, Dell servers, Cisco SAN SW, Cisco HyperFlex, Cisco UCS and Fabric Interconnect Switches. [Microsoft OS] - Installing and configuring Microsoft Windows Server: (GPO, Kiosk, AD, DNS, DHCP, NTP, WDS, WSUS,NLB, AD CS, AD FS, Clustering and ADK & MDT tools). [Unix/Linux] - Installing and configuring Solaris 11 OS: (Ldoms, Zones, pools, ZFS, Virtualization, LDAP, NTP, FTP, NFS, Crontab and SSH). - Installing ,configuring Redhat/Centos: (Apache, MySQL, Local Repository, NTP, DNS, LUNs, ..). [VMware] - Installing and configuring VMware’s hypervisor Esxi and vCenter. [Storage] - Unity installation and Configuration. - Supporting Dell Emc Storage Systems like VNXe & Clariion. [Microsoft SQL-DB] - Installing and administration Microsoft SQL server. (Database design, SQL FCI, SQL AOAG, database replication, backup & restore) [Backup] - [Oracle Secure Backup] Configuration and administration. - [Windows Backup] Backup OS Remotely, - [Veeam backup and Replication] Configuration and administration [Tools] - [Monitoring Tool] Installing ,configuring and troubleshooting Zabbix software. - [Security Tool] Installing ,configuringTrend Micro’s different products such as Deep Security Manager, OfficeScan, Vulnerability Protection, ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange, Portal Protect for SharePoint and Control Manager on Windows.
