• Job Details:Quality engineer - currently work in applying the ISO\TS in our factory. 1) Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. 2) Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor. 3) Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing rework 4) Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. 5) Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products. 6) Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as electrical, or mechanical. 7) Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data. 8) Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities. 9) Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability. 10)Audit the quality plan for the suppliers; contact the suppliers to set an action plan to improve their quality which affect the final product. 11)Participate in issuing/updating DFMEA.
