• Job Details:• Ensure applying local, international &Company; HSE regulations. • Run evacuation drills, and evaluation of response. • A member of task risk assessment team for modifications, and new projects. • A member of internal audit team of the plant. • Run statistics of performance of operation safety section. • Follow up the regular fire fighting & safety equipment inspection & maintenance carried out by technicians. • Run statistics of near miss & incidents on semi & annually reports. • Carry out investigation for accidents, incidents, and near miss. • Follow up the action tracing of the recommendations raised from accidents, incidents, and near miss reports. • Approve and follow up for hot work & naked flame permits. • Approve check list of radiographic permit. • Follow up near miss reports. • Follow up housekeeping evaluation program. • Run & follow up physical planned general inspection. • Carry out induction course for new hired or transferred employee. Carry out training for technicians in deferent safety aspects. • Carry out BA, and Gas testing training and monthly assessment for operation team. • Advise other sections according to HSEMS, HSE procedure manual, and HSE standing instructions. • Carry out annual Near misses & accidents analysis reports. • Assessment of competency for contractors Safety officers & technicians, their duties, peruse check, familiar of hazard present, and emergency response. • A member of PTW panel for permit signatory authorization.
