METHODE, EGYPT – Implementation of a Six sigma project at FORD Assembly Line which gained a reduction in the line scrap value from (5000 to 950€) and reject rate from (8% to 2%). Also in FRAM, EGYPT – Six sigma Project achieved cost reduction (16 %) and increased production rate (10%) in a sheet metal formed parts depend on improvement in process and dies parameters.
