• Job Details:Working as a Quality Supervisor Engineer for Mercedes Benz EGA (Egyptian German Automotive) for assembling the passenger’s cars and producing the brake discs to Daimler. On Feb. 2013 I was promoted to Supervisor Engineer and the Head of two engineers and 13 technicians, Responsible for all the following managerial issues: - Lead Shop Floor Management Daily meeting - Revising the packaging of the brake disc boxes, machine and process capability. - Control and conduct product audit for produced brake discs according to Daimler specifications and reporting audit results to the QM managements - Monitor production line outputs through regular audits, analysis through extracted samples analysis. - Distribute the brake disc monthly quality reports after approval of QMBD Management. - Ensure working according standard as ISO TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. - Handle customer satisfaction feedback. - Ensure fulfillment brake disc division process audits plans - Process audit and how to make turtle diagram on several machines on the production lines. - Control the papers of the line and the control charts, release &rerelease of the models. Solving problem by using 8D reports by using the fish bone and 5Y. - Issuing audit on the brake disc line (Product Audit). Junior Engineer: Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities: - Performing release / re-release for components serial production according to Daimler standards - Performing final product audits - Performing brake disc division process audits - Ensuring proper dynamic checks in case of deviations - Problem investigation and analysis in cooperation with other sections to solve product/process problems - Assuring proper use of company documents (procedure, work instructions, format and recording) - Preparing Brake disc monthly quality reports - Components Initial samples handling - Perform machining line capability studies and MSA - Revise work orders and creating DMR’s Responsible for Quality measuring Lab - Creating new CMM and contour machines brake disc programs - Ensure brake disc in line samples measurements by Brake Disc Measuring LAB - Analyze Brake Disc Measuring LAB results - Ensuring the availability of all needed machine spare parts - Communication with Daimler quality parties about quality standards and acceptance/rejection criteria for produced/new product measuring - Issuing brake Disc Measuring LAB reports Axles line Supervision - Process and Product Audit for axles - Revising work instructions foe Assembling the Axle
