• Job Details:Director of Almedhelif General Hospital Project (50 beds capacity) Al-Qonfeda Province. - Working with Arabian Innovation Office starting from reviewing the executive plans with the contractor, approving them technically , coordination with projects dept. in Health Directorate in Jeddah, approval to implementation starting from General Site Plan and redistribution architecturally , determining general Rober Level for the project, tendency of Internal Roads and zero Level, determining the zero level in the architecture plans for the general site , approving plans for entrances of main buildings, services and annexes and preparing the implementation plan on two phases (first /Second) in accordance with Ministry Plans. - During last period at the beginning of 1430H I have worked in Saudi Arabia with Abdullah Al-Saif Company for Engineering Consultancies for three months only and due to special circumstances I didn't continue work with them whereas I have worked as deputy of project manager for establishing Colleges Complex in Al-Aflaj and exoneration from work in project. Summary of works during the current period with Saudi Architects Office. - Working in Projects Dept. in Education Directorate in Al-Ras Province , our works include the administrative works such as compensatory receipts for finished works – preparing measurements for maintenance, rehabilitation and repairing works. Making studies and analyzing prices for inviting operations inside the dept.- designing the required architecture ideas by buildings affairs and supervising the construction projects for various schools, and maintenance works . - I completed the contract with Saudi Architects Office after four years working done in AlQurayat Housing Project which the client is the Ministry of Housing in Riyadh for establishing 273 residential unit including facilities to complete the finishing phase as manager supervision and the deputy of assistant project manager for finishing works. - Then, As assistant project manager for implementing and performing the required engineering services by coordination with the owners ; - 1- Project of establishing 70 villas and Mosque for Abdulaziz Al-Ajlan Company for Real Estate and Trading Investment for one year, - 2- Then I have moved by assignment from the consultancy office for following up and supervising the internal finishing works, decoration and redesign works to (Dr. Sheikh Abdulaziz AlFawzan) Villa project in AlSulai Area, (Exit 15) behind alrajhi Mosque up to last june 2014 . - During the last 4th years up to date , Firstly , I worked as ( PMO ) Project Manage Eng. Within the grouping PML Company's staff for establishing Rijal Alma'a Hospital ( 200 beds of capacity ) to the client Ministry of Health ( KSA ) . - Secondly, As Consultant Manager Eng.
