• Job Details:Direct the strategic planning process for national project implementation across NCDA sectors, working with other Directors, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders as appropriate to develop and communicate project strategies with high impact, clear targets, measurable outcomes, and likelihood of successful Implementation, develop metrics, presentations and reports demonstrating strategic impact of global Projects to Board, potential partners, strategic advisers, and founders Duties : • Direct strategic planning for NCDA national projects • Interfacing with Ministry of Administrative Development, Ministry of Military Production , Ministry of Health and Population, , Ministry of Planning , Ministry of Communication, Ministry of Youth, Ministry of Education, Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) and Information and Decision Support Centre– The Egyptian Cabinet, to cascade NCDA strategy plan • Establishing DSS (Decision Support System) for NCDA Board. • Interfacing with Korean Government for international Cooperation for people with disabilities • Conduct research to support and coordinate the department's strategic plan • Identify adjustments in organizational designs and Identify potential barriers or gaps created by human system resistance • Monitor and assess departmental progress toward strategic planning goals • Serve as the department liaison with external stakeholders in planning projects • Review program research to determine applicability to departmental needs • Identify proactive approaches to issues through trend analysis and predictive indicators • Work to drive organizational change through educating personnel on best practice methods • Assist middle managers in navigating the change process • Enhance efficiency by evaluating operational systems across organizational lines • Create and drive project teams to implement projects in each of NCDA sectors • Recruit and manage Project Leads, and oversee creation & growth of successful teams • Take accountability for achieving implementation and financial outcomes of active Projects • Manage to appropriate project outcomes, metrics, data collection and reporting • In conjunction with development team, develop & present NCDA requests for resources • Coordinate with Director of Communications to disseminate project milestones • Participate actively in effective governance, policies, and decision-making

QA team leadFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for a team of 5 QA Engineers, where I am responsible to set their plans, follow up with them and assess their work. According to their assessment, I arrange suitable training and skill development for each engineer. • Develop project plans for the implementations and follow tasks with the team and comply the tasks with overall company project plans in US. • Manage new projects tasks / schedules, time / change and quality management with the team • Develop, test and package new models of electronic components for Accupart library using Spice, Eldo, Accusim, Design Architect
