• Job Details:1) Responsible for Testing quality of dispatch product in plant 2) Responsible for quality of raw material come to plant 3) Responsible for quality of material in storage tank and stores 4) Responsible for control quality in production line 5) Preparing daily ,monthly quality report & analysis all the product data and give control chart 6) Responsible for prepare all certificate of analysis to the customer 7) Responsible for R&D work in lab . 8) Responsible for prepare ISO (9001-180014001) documents and applying its requirement 9) Responsible for calibration and standardization lab instrument and solution 10) Responsible for communication with customer and solve any problem they have 11) Responsible for control the quality of water in cooling tower, boiler &DM; unit 12) Responsible for gas emission in the plant & in boiler 13) Responsible for chemical & biological treatment in the plant 14) Responsible for preparation EEAA registration book and hazards book 15) Responsible of all EEAA work in the plant 16) Work as internal audit for ISO (90018001-18001)& EEAA in the plant 17) Responsible for making EIA study for new project in company 18) To handle Man Power for achieving quality control requirement
