Key Responsibilities as (IS) Consultant:  Leadership activities toward the development of the strategic systems and production lifecycle, defining system level requirements and flow down requirements to Project Hardware & Applications.  Developed the System Architecture, Design, Interface definition, and selected up to date implementation platforms to support technology roadmap for Cairo Metro operational approaches by evaluating current systems and operations methodologies.  Applied knowledge of hardware, software, operational analysis, test and integration to assure system concept feasibility and integrity and oversaw as well as directed the field installation activities.  Maintained and documenting the configuration of the system, for improving and adapting existing subsystems and systems for application to new and future customer requirements.  Developed and analyzed tradeoff and alternative approaches to subsystem or system development problems to determine best approach for meeting technical requirements at minimum cost and consistent with delivery dates.  Maintained a relationship with the customer as a technical liaison, and troubleshooting any Client reported problems.

Integration ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Highlight:  Lead the integration team to Develop the integration plan of the Information Technology and Ultra Low Voltage Systems for Hurghada airport new Terminal project, Managed the implementation of the integration plan of the following systems: Airport Information Management System, Flight Information System, Resources Management System, Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, Baggage Handling System, IPTV, IP Telephony, Surveillance System, Network and Wireless System, Personal Identification and Access Control System and Building Management System. Key Responsibilities:  Developed the Interface Control Document and managed the interfaces implementation for the IT & ULV Systems to be integrated following the centralized architecture.  Verified the interface parameters of the systems and used protocols.  Reviewed and supervised the implementation of the interfaces either the intelligent relay addresses for ULV systems or application interfaces.  Proffered technical and managerial support for critical interfaces, performed checks of systems/software interfaces and backup of data.  Supported a suite of internal tools used for verifying the installation and configuration new hardware/software interfaces.  Operated and administered, configured and troubleshot systems interfaces, provided solutions to prevent problems from occurring for reliable operation.  Oversaw issues related to interfaces plan.  Recommended upgrades, patches, and new applications/ equipment, troubleshot network performance issues and created/ maintained a disaster recovery plan, extended technical support/ guidance to users, to ensure smooth operation of interfaced systems in order to provide maximum performance and availability for users.  Deployed and configured the centralized platform of the integrated systems, troubleshooting any endpoint reported problems and conducting system performance tuning.

• Job Details:Highlight:  Developed the IT Master Plan for Egypt National Railway and Cairo Metro  Lead the PMO till the successful implementation of the Master plan projects for ENR and Cairo Metro. That was for 3 years time period ,These projects was of large scale and were a typical IT projects like ERP system ,Data Center, Security Systems , Voice system and a Network Infrastructure plus an industrial specific solutions in transportation like Automatic Fare Collection System for Metro and Ticketing and Reservation from ENR. Key Responsibilities:  Developed ENR & Cairo Metro strategic plans and transformation management for the IT Infrastructure systems and IT Business solutions.  Developed Governance and organizational model  Developed the Sourcing strategy.  Develop and supervise the system's Implementation plan.  Bid Management, Review Contracts and finalize agreements with contractors.  Technology selection and Vendors evaluation.  Reviewed restructured and innovated processes, procedures and execution methodologies to ensure operation performance achieving the organization objectives.  Leadership and management of the PMO.  Provided Consultation for solutions development, Architectures, Definitions, Scoping, Implementation approach.
