Project Manager -Strategic Project Management Office Full Time

• Job Details:•Ensure that the appropriate governance is in place to manage projects •Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with corporate strategic plan •Drive effective coordination and facilitate flexibility in resource assignment. •Stake holder Management, quality monitoring and enforcement of standards •Establish escalation policies and procedures to ensure risks are handled at appropriate level •Communicate progress on a weekly basis to the PLC Working Group and monthly to PLC steering committee

Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Develop and consolidate project proposals for the development, upgrade and deployment of Access Network equipment and/or systems. • Perform cost analysis with respect to various vendors and implementation solutions for optimized rollout. • Prepare, submit and monitor yearly CWP budget and generate monthly updates. • Procurement planning and raising CEARs and following up PO deliveries to ensure optimized stocks for all AND equipment including (OLT, ONT and IADs). • Guide the installation, testing, accepting and commissioning of respective Access Network equipment to ensure compliance of all projects to standards and guidelines. • Provide professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions and carrying out required PMS analysis.
