• Job Details:Assist and participate in routine inspections and make modifications to diesel generators, and associated equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and distribution panels. Perform load testing on units to identify possible problems and the solutions required for maintenance. Make electrical and mechanical wiring modifications to diesel control circuits. Rebuild and repair gas compressors (turbochargers) used for forced-induction of IC engines, head gaskets, seals, water pumps, catalytic converters, torque heads, belts and hoses. Carry out generators maintenance, installation and commissioning /paralleling the systems. Conduct automatic and manual transfer tests of simulated power outages to ensure generators are functioning properly. Test batteries, fuel coolant and oil; ship oil samples for analysis.

• Job Details:Responsibilities Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical and electronics wiring equipment, appliance, apparatus and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Connect wires to circuit breakers during distribution board (DB) dressing, generators connection for supply and other electrical components. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring and equipments using testing devices such as ohmmeter, voltmeter and oscilloscope to ensure compatibility and safety of systems. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes. Prepare sketches and follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment to ensure conformance to building and safety codes. Work from ladders, scaffolds and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring and equipments. Place conduit pipes inside designated partions, walls, or other concealed areas and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduits to complete circuits between boxes. Fasten small metal or plastic boxes in walls to house electrical switches and outlets Perform business management duties such as maintain records and files preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipments. Testing and commissioning of new buildings electrical wirings, equipments and fixtures.
