Align the business planning activities of logistics, sales & marketing and finance to produce an agreed consensus forecast to the market. • Generate baseline forecast (350+ SKU) by using the proper forecast model for both trade & institution. • Lead Pre Demand Review Meeting (DRM) meeting with the commercial team to cover the forecast based on the market intelligence, budget & target to get the product manager’s assumption to be reflected on SAP (MODCF) for 24 months. • Lead To-Market forecast meeting with the concerned Business Unit Director (BUD) and maintain it if necessary. • Manage demand & forecast against budget & target through SAP reporting tool. • Create SAP setup for Global Material (GM) & Characteristic Value Combination (CVC). • Market Supply cycle Management • Manage SOLS (Stock Out / Low Stock) events & communicate with the supply manager for actions & monitored in KPI’s dashboard to highlight Out Of Stock & Predicted Stock Out (OOS / PSO) during Demand / Supply weekly meeting. • Prepare Stock-At-Risk Tool (SART) to Support the management decision in maintaining inventory levels to avoid write-off risk. • Prepare reports to highlight forecast volumes & values against last month forecast & budget for DRM (Demand Review Meeting). • Lead weekly Demand / Supply meeting to confirm the production schedules to achieve the main targets (reduce overstock values & improve the OTIF measurement. • Prepare KPI’s (forecast accuracy, forecast bias & OTIF) on time. • Work across boundaries by Building trusted relationship within and beyond Supply & Demand. • Master Data Owner:- • Sales tax set-up and customer discounts configuration. • Item Master creation on JDE. • Prices Setup on JDE. • Responsible for forecast risk assessments through contribute and participate in supply management processes. • Support all needs of sales force from sample products by insuring production to meet due dates & distribute to the sales offices.
