• Job Details:• Lead and manage a team responsible for network and infrastructure operations, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination among team members. • Collaborate closely with the IT Manager to align goals, strategies, and operational activities, ensuring a cohesive approach to IT management. • Design, establish, and maintain a robust network infrastructure for LAN/WAN connectivity and remote access, enabling seamless and secure communication within and outside the organization. • Design, establish, configure, and maintain a high-performing server infrastructure using Microsoft Windows Server and ESXi, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of IT systems. • Responsible for the organization's email server, utilizing MS Office 365 and Windows Azure to maintain a secure and reliable email communication platform. • Manage critical components of the IT infrastructure, including the VOIP system (Elastix), CCTV systems, and UPS units, ensuring their proper functioning and reliability. • Analyze reports received from IT supervisors and the IT team, utilizing insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize IT operations, resulting in enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
