• Job Details:Preparing documentation to support project teams and international collaboration. Monitor project plan implementation and tracking timelines and milestones of each project. Coordinating project documentation from multiple sources with high level stakeholders. Coordinating and monitoring the status of the deliverables. Reporting variations to management and stakeholder outreach. Coordinating schedules for team members, logistics and travel management. Attending beneficiaries’ meetings and assisting with the determination of project requirements.

• Job Details:Collaborating in project management field work activities in project related meetings with the project implementation team. Engaging in monitoring and evaluation of projects that involve field data collection using questionnaires, interviews and photography. Undertaking data analysis of the collected data using data analysis tools such as spreadsheets. Assist in writing monitoring and evaluation reports and monthly reports. Participating in enterprise risk management activities that involved documenting departmental risks and their treatments. Researching and writing reports on different economic and project management research topics.
