• Job Details:• Develop, review, and update data collection and other research tools. • Train, supervise and coach the Case Workers team. • Plan and organize field works including; identification and selection of refugee groups, site visits, and data collection activities. • Supervise the data management including; data entry, clearance, aggregation, analysis and reporting. • Conduct field interviews, as needed, to ensure the validity and credibility of tools and techniques used for data collection. • Handle and follow up the critical and special refugee cases. • Manage the security and safety investigation processes to assure good working and training environment of refugees. • Liaison with UNHCR protection office and organize cooperation with other UNHCR partners and local and international NGOs.
