• Job Details:- Using the specialist construction knowledge to design building plans and 3D designs to meet the requirements of the client.

Tenant CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:- Creating Tenant Design Criteria Manual for retail units. - Responsible for reviewing all architectural designs for retail units (shops), retail mobile units, kiosks, booths, etc.) and approving their design as per the tenant design criteria. - Manage the tenant fit out process through lease negotiations and design, infrastructure, approval, sub-contractor and construction supervision and opening procedures. - In addition, acts as the liaison between the tenant representative, construction personnel and landlord to ensure the projects are completed according defined timelines and fit out design criteria.
