 Identify and Set the Housing section plans & strategies.
 Create, develop and implement policies, processes and procedures that ensure high level of guest service, employees’ satisfaction and value for price improvement in comparison with the investment.
 Participate in the recruitment, training, & evaluation of staff, both in planning and implementation phases.
 Ensure proper reporting and provide accurate and updated information about tenants, assets, accommodation, rents and maintenance costs when need to accounts dept.
 Inter personnel communication within the other departments.
 Inter personnel communication with other department like Admin, HR, Catering, Accounts, Purchase, Fleet and potential in house tenants of accommodations.
 Assigning duties to Foremen in their respective areas.
 Oversee closely the activities of employees staying in accommodations by taking information from housing foremen in weekly meetings.
 Chairing weekly internal meetings of housing section and updating the issues which are major to Head of facility management for action and solutions.
