• Job Details:preparing the payroll Represented in (calculate the monthly extra time - calculate the Monthly allowances for employees - Disciplinary sanctions and penalties ) Monitor staff performance and daily attendance activities follow up annual leave balances for employees and prepare a monthly report for submission to the relevant departments and prepare annual reports to be presented to senior management Handling in preparing the annual manpower Provides advice and assistance to supervisors and staff. apply disciplinary sanctions list of the company policy coordinates the staff recruitment process Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff like Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment Handle with the Social Insurance Office Represented in (Forms for the employee's entry and exit to and from the Social Insurance "form1 & form 6" - the annual form which responsible on the insurance's annual increase and the count of the company staff "form 2"). Dealing with the government health insurance represented in (Coordinating a medical examination and the statement of its compatibility and extract its ledger ) Follow up sick leave for workers, represented in Account the recoverable cost from the social insurance. Get government health insurance approval on the sick leave. Follow up retrieve the cost of the leave from the Social insurance and supplied to the company's treasury. Opening bank accounts and ensure the issuance of new employees’ ID cards . Perform other related duties as required.
