• Job Details:Attend construction, commissioning and start up for Ethylene and CaC12 Plants Supervising all electrical installation work of the main substations L. V, M. V switchgear, transformers, emergency diesel generator, bus ducts, and inspections according to project technical specification and contract. Supervising all electrical installation work of the field motors ter rotation test, vibration measurement, bearing replacement Review layout for cables, trays, earthing and lighting system. Review hazardous area classification and ensure that electrical equipment matched to potentially explosive atmosphere. Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensure activity at the site as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. Review and adjust setting for protection relays as per relay co-ordination list provided by consultant with aid of schneider. Prepare commissioning documentation including commissioning manuals, inspection plans, tests reports and training manual. Operation and maintenance of substation equipment including issuing satety work permits. troubleshooting and monitoring Maintenance transformers (22/6.6 KV & 22/0.4 KV), Circuit breakers (SF6 & Vacuum), Motors (medium & low). Applying Preventive and corrective maintenance for MV & LV motors and diesel generator Applying preventive and corrective maintenance for MV and LV switchgears and VFDs. Maintaining various records such as monthly operating reviews, daily log sheets & different registers. Supervising all ongoing works at yard and line. ImoI ement semiannual and annual shutdown plan via CMMS. Create daily, weekly and monthly check lists for electrical equipment including field and substation and follow up reading Determine the requirements tor materials, spare parts and services base on maintenance and upgrading work. Prepare monthly and yearly reports and raise it to maintenance manager.
