• Job Details:• Provide E-trading, mobile trading & ATM trading systems free of errors & managing the company’s call center by executing the company’s strategy efficiently & effectively in both companies and supervising the team work. • Developing, implementing, motivating & executing strategic plans to achieve short & long-term business goals & providing reports & solutions in case presence of obstacles facing the plan . • Place the new offers & promos to be presented by the company & ensure that all the employees all over the branches are fully aware of them. • Putting the general strategies for Electronics Trading Department in alignment with the company policy. • Supervise over all the branches and make sure they are following up the instructions & the rules agreed upon in regards to the e-trading services. • Propose projects, study & implement them in a timely & a professional manner to meet the customer needs and expectations. • Close deals with different reputable marketing agents and organizations as a business development figure. • Meet the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) regularly. • Ensure that at least 98% of the transactions are free of errors. • Achieve at least 97% of the level of satisfaction for the customers to access the quality of service.
