• Job Details:- Inputting data from various sources into databases accurately and efficiently . - Organizing and maintaining data in a organized and easily accessible way . - Managing and organizing presentation on montly reports of each department based on data gatherd from departments managers . - Contacting companies via Outlook E-Mail to market company services and responding to ( Complains - Tracking Shipping ) . - Releasing Purchasing orders when needed . - Meet with customers in the company location to explain what our product are used for and record customer data . - Taking backup of data localy and on cloud on a three levels ( Daily - Weekly - Monthly ) .
