• Job Details:Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure and ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values. Design new site infrastructures Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems. Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system. Participate in the writing of documentation of standard procedures and common IT support issues. Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security. Foresee, search and find solutions for complex technical issues. Service Level Management: draw up needed SLA for all requirements and services request, concerning IT Infrastructure and business application. These SLA must be monitored and measured on a regular basis and reviewed where needed. Responsible Disaster Recovery (DR) location.
