• Job Details:Project: Construction of pressure vessels for October and Badri Fields. Location: Petrojet workshops, Cairo, Egypt. • Review of welding documents as welding procedure specifications (WPS); welder qualification test (WQT) and inspection test plan (ITP). • Review the material certificates to ensure the conformance with ASME II and contract specifications. • Review the fabrication engineering drawings. • Surveillance during welding to ensure the usage of the approved parameters. • Review the non destructive examinations reports. • Maintaining welding inspection reports and track the records. • Interpretation and approving the results of the non destructive examinations. • Conduct non conformance report when needed. • Review and approve the post weld heat treatment procedures and results.

Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Daily routine maintenance checks. 2. Reporting and findings, follow up times and product orders required. 3. Management of breakdowns. 4. Effectively lead, motivate and engage the site Maintenance team. 5. Ensure that effective team member and contractor performance reviews take place, that measurement and review drives continuous improvement in technician and contractor performance.

Mechanical EngineerInternship

• Job Details:1. Maintenance and overhauling of the engines of different cars as Jeep and Subaru. 2. Quick service for checking the performance of different parts in cars. 3. Collaborate with other functional groups, including Quality, Marketing, and Service.
