• Job Details:Build and expand market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Main Responsibility Areas: * Locate, propose and screen potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. * Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. * Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, creating, negotiating and close commercial agreements; integrating contract requirements with business operations. * Track progress against targets on an ongoing basis and take necessary action if targets are not being met. * Maintain and develop close client relationship; identify and target influential people inside the client, customer and third party organization and build relationships with them. * Ensure contract profitability through a commercial evaluation, and a full understanding of risks and liabilities, prior to presenting written offers or proposals.
