• Job Details:Maintaining accurate records and processing requisitions inbound and outbound. Receiving and storing goods, ensuring proper inspection and handling. Conducting and supervising regular stock takes and inventory checks to manage stock levels. Issuing suppliers to departments and maintaining high level of customer service. Rotating stock to ensure oldest items are used first (FIFO). Identifying and reporting slow moving items for potential clearance or disposal. Maintaining a clean, safe and organized store room environment. Handling disposal of expired or damaged goods in accordance with company policy. Conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas of improvement. Managing stock levels to minimize overstocking and stock outs. Implementing efficient storage solution to maximize space and accessibility. Training junior staff member on warehouse procedures and best practices.
