- Job Details:• Manages and develops strategies, policies, procedures, training development and training delivery related to the use, responsibilities, access and work flow for all information systems relevant to Human Resources. - Job Details:• Track and follow up on attendance of all employees in Egypt companies and subsidiaries (Algeria, Morocco, KSA, Dubai and Bangladesh). • Track employees’ absences (regular/ irregular) for Egypt companies and subsidiaries (Algeria, Morocco, KSA, Dubai and Bangladesh), and send legal warnings accordingly • Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave for Egypt companies and subsidiaries (Algeria, Morocco, KSA, Dubai and Bangladesh) and send those letters containing remaining balances. • Receipt of penalties’ memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and the investigations of the Legal Affairs and implement the normal administrative. • Settle down employees vacation balances to conduct a report by to end of the project to refund them before lay off. • Track executive attendance. • Receive the hiring documents of the new hires and file it. • Prepare form 1 for new hires and form 6 for resigned. • Sit with the employees who are applicable for lay off and offer them their packages. • Prepare governmental check (emergency and penalty checks). • Impalement labor law rules and adapt it with the company policies to reset up the discipline of the company.
